MLB The Show 23 Attributes and Quirks heavily influence how a player will perform on the virtual field. In the MLB The Show series, an attribute is defined as a baseball skill or trait (i.e. “Velocity“) and quantified with a numeric value. Knowing a player’s attributes and what each abbreviation and attribute means can give you an advantage over your opponent for any game.
